  • The services we offer in relation to event planning, coordination, and related support (“the Services”).

  • The relationship between you (“the User”) and Zi's Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must discontinue accessing or using the Website immediately.

Scope of Services

  1. Event Planning & Coordination
    We offer professional event planning, coordination, and consulting for individuals and organizations. Each proposal, quote, or contract will outline specifics about the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and other related terms.

  2. Use of the Website
    The Website is intended to provide you with information about our services, allow you to contact us regarding event planning inquiries, and facilitate booking arrangements or service requests.

1. Booking & Payment Policies

  1. Deposits and Fees

    • Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure an event date. The amount of the deposit will be specified in your proposal or invoice.

    • Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date indicated in your contract or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

  2. Cancellation & Refunds

    • If you must cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible.

    • Deposits are typically non-refundable. Other fees or payments made may be partially refundable based on the cancellation policy set forth in your individual contract.

    • We reserve the right to cancel services in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., force majeure events) or if the client is in breach of these T&C. In such cases, we will provide notice and discuss partial or full refunds where applicable.

2. Client Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Information
    You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your event details, including date, venue, number of guests, and special requirements. We are not responsible for any outcome resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

  2. Venue and Vendor Compliance
    You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue and any vendors engaged comply with all rules, regulations, and legal requirements. We may provide suggestions or coordinate these aspects, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.

3. Website Usage

  1. Prohibited Conduct

    • You shall not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

    • You shall not engage in data mining, scraping, or harvesting of personal information from the Website.

  2. Security
    We strive to maintain a secure Website, but we cannot guarantee that the Website will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. By using the Website, you agree to do so at your own risk and to ensure your own security measures are in place.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zi's Events, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

    1. Your use of the Website or our event planning services.

    2. Your breach or alleged breach of these T&C.

    3. Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of these T&C. Your continued use of the Website after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
