1. Booking & Payment Policies

Deposits and Fees

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure an event date. The amount of the deposit will be specified in your proposal or invoice.

Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date indicated in your contract or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you must cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible.

Deposits are typically non-refundable. Other fees or payments made may be partially refundable based on the cancellation policy set forth in your individual contract.

We reserve the right to cancel services in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., force majeure events) or if the client is in breach of these T&C. In such cases, we will provide notice and discuss partial or full refunds where applicable.

Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your event details, including date, venue, number of guests, and special requirements. We are not responsible for any outcome resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. -
Venue and Vendor Compliance
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue and any vendors engaged comply with all rules, regulations, and legal requirements. We may provide suggestions or coordinate these aspects, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.
